ABOUT FRN

Family Restoration Network, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Fred and Anna Kendall to help restore families and interdict divorce. At the time, the divorce rate in the US was over 50 % for both Christians and non-Christians. Fred and Anna believe the family is the foundation of a healthy, safe, and productive society. It is the first institution God ordained in the Bible between Adam and Eve. Families have a divine purpose to minister, teach, provide, nurture, and share. But, many families are so confused and broken that they not only fail to fulfil that call, they cause harm to each other and others perpetuating the generational curses and sins. It is the mission of FRN to strengthen, restore and help build strong families.

THEY WERE BOTH SAYING "I LOVE YOU"

The Kendall’s realized that most family and marriage problems stem from misunderstandings. Couples seemed to be speaking different languages, even when saying the "I Love You!" It was like one was saying “te amo” and the other person was saying “j’taime.” Both were saying “I love you,” but neither understood the other.

The Kendall’s identified three, then five and finally seven Behavioral Life Languages. Life Languages are more than just ways of speaking; they are also languages of motivation, behavior, and responding to life. Couples and families could now identify their own language profile and learn to speak the languages of other family members.

GOD GIVES EVERYONE A PRIMARY LIFE LANGUAGE

This made the 7LifeLanguages™ unique from other profiling and personality theories because, once a person is profiled, he or she is not just “put in a box” and told to “cope.” He or she could also learn to speak the other languages as well, just as Jesus spoke all seven of the languages.

Eventually, the Kendall’s realized that the 7LifeLanguages™ corresponded to the seven motivational gifts of Romans 12. They believe that God gives each person a primary language that lines up with their motivational gift. A person can learn the other languages, but they will always use their primary language more than any of the others.

To help people identify their Life Languages, the Kendall’s developed a computer scored questionnaire that profiles the languages from strongest to weakest. It is called the Kendall Life Languages Profile ™ (KLLP ™) and is available through FRN. Other products are also available to help people build strong, healthy relationships and families.

God is opening doors for us to minister the principles of the 7LifeLanguages™ in prisons, inner city missions, and small, struggling churches. Please continue praying for FRN and us.
