The 7LifeLanguages™ are the communication system of Family Restoration Network and is based on Romans 12. This revolutionary, Scripturally sound concept of personality, motivation, stress levels, filters, needs, and desires is absolutely amazing and life changing. Once people realize what their Life Language profile is and that of others in their family, they can begin to see why they do what they do the way they do it. “There are, it may seem, so many kinds of languages in the world, and none of them is without significance. Therefore, if I do not know the meaning of the language, I shall be a foreigner to him who speaks, and he who speaks will be a foreigner to me.”- I Corinthians 14:11
No other concept or system offers as much comprehensive insight as the 7LifeLanguages™. And, one of the best things is that everyone can become multilingual and learn the other Life Languages. Where other profiles put people in a "BOX," the 7LifeLanguages™ encourage people to become skillful communicators and learn all the 7LifeLanguages.™
God has given each of us a unique Life Language Profile!
Other concepts just classify people and say, “that’s just the way you are.” We say, “This is your Life Language Profile. This is how you view the world. This is how you operate under stress. These are your strengths and weaknesses. And, these are the other Life Languages you can learn to speak!” That is revolutionary and exciting! We realize that Jesus spoke (or operated) in each of the 7LifeLanguages™ in His ministry. And, we list examples of this in the Kendall Life Languages Profile™ Report (available through FRN). If He could do it, then by His grace and understanding, so can we!

God has given each of us a unique 7LifeLanguages™ profile. We all have a Primary Life Language that will guide our communication more than the others. We also have a last (seventh) Life Language that will tend to challenge us.
Romans 12:4-5 says, “For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” The 7LifeLanguages™ are divided up into three categories, Kinetic, Emotive, and Cognitive.

MOVER: Direct, Assertive, Ambitious, Pioneering, Reactive, and Standard Bearers.

Movers tend to be proactive people who act before thinking or feeling. They are risk-takers, action oriented, honest, and frank. They usually have high energy and are concerned with the motives of self and others. Time seems to pass slowly for Movers when there is no activity and they may loose track of time when active. They can be demanding, critical, and judgmental. Usually, they are entrepreneurial and may frequently change jobs.

DOER: Dedicated, Observant, Diligent, Practical, Efficient, and Responsible.

Doers tend to be action-oriented, now-oriented, good maintainers, and very responsive to what is happening. They spend little time on personal introspection and look to meeting practical needs. They are very time conscious. They can be compulsive, perfectionistic, ritualistic, and martyred. High Doers tend to do what is necessary to be successful.

INFLUENCER: Creative, Optimistic, Relational, Persuasive, Enthusiastic, and Verbal.

Influencers tend to be highly verbal, encouraging, enthusiastic, innovative, people-oriented, future-oriented, solution focused, and not necessarily controlled by time. They may tend to exaggerate and manipulate. High Influencers are natural cheerleaders and networkers.

RESPONDER: Compassionate, Passionate, Sensitive, Warm, Reactive, and Verbal.

Responders tend to be feeling-oriented, creative, sympathetic, affectionate, people-oriented, and not controlled by time or schedules. They may tend to blame themselves and others. They can become overly emotional at times. High Responders desire to help and relieve the emotional pain of others. SHAPER: Organized, Visionary, Focused, Delegating, Strategic, and Efficient.

Shapers tend to be concerned about end results and will sacrifice short-range gratification or relationships for long-range-goals. They may over-delegate, drive self and others, or withdraw. High Shapers are delegators, time-conscious, quality-conscious, structure-conscious, and often patient in accomplishing goals.

PRODUCER: Gracious, Responsible, Philanthropic, Resourceful, Thoughtful, and Hospitable.

Producers tend to be excellent money managers, event planners, gracious, and hospitable. They usually have good verbal skills, operate from a position of sufficiency, and are time-conscious. They can be controlling and demanding, but subtle. High Producers tend to retire with financial dignity.

CONTEMPLATOR: Inquisitive, Reflective, Sensitive, Peaceful, Calm, and Complex.

Contemplators rely on reasoning, logic, and process orientation. They are loyal, good listeners, and thorough researchers. They tend to think before doing anything. They are not overly time conscious and often are mentally preoccupied. They tend to have unique spatial needs. They may be passive - aggressive when wronged. High Contemplators generally have very high IQ’s.
